My hu*****and's AP is expiring at the end of this month but he is outside of the US for a research project in the university. He will come back before the expiration date, but would only stay here for 2 weeks. Can I send his AP renewal application package (he has filled and signed the forms) to the USCIS before he comes back to the US? Or does he have to be physically present in the US in order to send the application? If not, can he apply it from the local district office instead?
