I got an RFE on medical exam for my hu*****and saying that the Tuberculosis Testing was not properly documented. The doctor asked if he had done the TB test before and if it had reaction, he said yes. So the doctor just asked him to do the X-rays. I think the doctor didn't check any box for the TB skin test ing area (I am not sure because we don't have a copy of the result). Does my hu*****and need to redo the medical exam again (he did it in April of last year), or we can just ask the doctor to check correct box for the TB skin test? Does anybody ever get the same kind of RFE like this?
