My and my LG's I-485 meet the MEMO requirements, EB2, PD is current, pending at TSC since 04/2006, stuck in NC (myself) for almost 2 years. But I don't see any LUD recently for our cases at all! Tried to call TSC but never reached them. We did our first FP in May, 2006, and then I applied EAD card last year and did a FP for the EAD card in Aug, 2007. My hu*****and received 2nd FP notice in Sep, 2006, but I did not. Do I still need a second FP for myself?
