I am going to file I140 NIW by myself. There are two questions when filing I140.
1) Is my current position NEW? Is my position PERMANENT? I have been a postdoc research associate for 3.5 years in a university. I donot know how to answer these two questions.
2) Regarding the question " Have you filed immigration visa before? if yes, what was the decision? " I filed EB1 before, but failed. Then my institution helped me to file another EB1, but still pending. Do I have to include all the previous cases when I file NIW?
Any advices are greatly appreciated.
