Many thanks for the important imformation. I will file I-485 in Chicago for my mother. I have mailed the I-130 to Nebreska center. I do not know how I can withdraw the submission from the center. If I cannot withdraw, can I re I-485 to chicago with a attachment of reciept notice of I-130 from the Nebreska center. Or, can I double I-130 to Chicago together with I-485, while a I-130 is being processed in Nebreska center?
