I have a difficulty with petition of I-130 for my mother's green card.
I filed the petition and got a notice that I need submitt my birth certificate. However, I was born in 1964 in China, and no a birth certificate was issued at that time. When I submitt the I-130 petition, I also submitted a certificate of relationship between my mother and me, obtained from Harbin govermental notory authorization (Gong1 Zheng4 chu4). However, I was told by USCIS that this is not enough and requested to submitt a better document for the birth certificate.A good document should be a document contemporaneously issued at the time I was born.
Please teach me what a document I should submitt.
