问个有关签证的问题 hantang-1 文学城

最近想回国，有个签证的问题来请教大家。我现在身份F-1，生物博士读了五年，I-20有效期到2008年5月。五年中我一直没有回国，主要是经济和时间问题。如果我今年年底回国，是不是会有麻烦。有人跟我说，我这样的很有可能被拒签。现在我有工作的offer，是否应该等到转成H-1B以后再回国。可是也有人说转成H-1以后更难签。我不知该怎么办了，请大家指点，多谢！！！
