On April 20, both my I140 and I485 were updated. What does that mean? Does that mean that the NSC is actually processing my application or just moving my documents to some officer? Thank you for sharing your experience.
my application infor.: I filed my NIW based I-140 and I485 in Sept. 2005, got RFE for I140 in Aug. 2006,ted RFE 2 months later. Then I have been waiting for the approval of my I140 till now. During the period of waiting, I called USCIS for inquiry once and got nothing within 45 days after that call. So I had my lawyer called USCIS again on April 9, 2007.
