以前递了份ＮＩＷ１４０＋４８５。等了快两年还没有结果。所以最近又递交了ＥＢ
１Ｂ　１４０但没有４８５申请。不知能不能通过ＲＥＬＩＮＫ把以前的４８５被
两个１４０（ＮＩＷ和ＥＢ１Ｂ）共用？非常感谢回答！！

有这样被接受的，但多数情况下写信要求移民局不理，所以
