My I-140 based on NIW was approved in Oct 2005 from TSC, but 1-485 was not applied. In April 2007, I concurrently ted another I-140 and I-485 petition based upon EB-1A, and got all the receipts from NSC center. My questions are:
1). Can I, and if I can, then how to transfer the I-485 to my I-140 based on NIW?
2).do I need to file a new I-485 based on my I-140 approved, and withdraw the I-485 based on EB-1A applied recently?
3).If I need to file my I-485 based on my I-140 approved by TSC, WHICH CENTER I NEED TO MAIL, TSC OR NSC?
