I'd like to have your opinion on this situation:
My I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days and I-140 was alreday approved. I am currently with a financial service company and I got a very good offer from an insurance company. The job deion has some in common and some different. The job title is also different. I know acording to AC-21, I can change job but I am not sure what the complications will be, what are the steps I should I follow?
