I called my lawyer number of times. emailed number of times. always respond back days later with no or useless information. so far I have prepared everything but can't seem to catch him for a minute talk. he just sent me the forms he filled in and there are number of errors. I did perm and 140 through him. Always fccing slow. Every time he did sent me anything he took the time to include a detailed invoice.But the mistakes in the forms are like those of elementary students,it seems he just didnt' care.
My questions is Is it possible for me to file 485 by myself? Any one doing this?
