Please be prepared that due to new processing requirements, the passport
with visa may take up to 2 business days to be returned. You must be
prepared to remain outside of the U.S. for a minimum of 2 business days
until the visa is issued. Additionally, if your visa is denied at a
Border Post, you may not reenter the US even if your I-94 is still
valid, i.e. has time remaining. Please note that if you are found
ineligible for the visa you are applying for you will receive a letter
explaining the reason for your ineligibility.
