I’m H1b now, and have been filing both employment-based and family-based GC application (my spouse is US citizen) this April. My company is asking me if I can travel to China on business next month, can you give me any suggestion/information on if I can travel to China now? Is it too risky? BTW, if I apply visa in China, should I apply in Beijing (travel city), or should I go back to my original city (shanghai) to apply for new visa?
