I have worked for a few years in US. My company is going to sponsor my green card. They have posted ads on newspaper and other searchable websites. This process has been completed. Now the attorney is going to my PERM application. However, I just noticed that the job title on the application form is Software Engineer, Level I. In fact, I think that, I should be in the category of software engineer level III. My question is that, can I get my green card with software engineer, level I? If so, how long will it take?
