两张I94, 出境时应该交那一张？

各位大侠，本人J-1，6月30日到期， 7月1日改为H-1B，
计划6月28日回国，此时旧的I-94还有效， 新的I-94还没有开始生效
不知道出境的时候交那一张I-94， 还是都上交？回来的时候用H-1B上的新I-94卡，还是另外添一个？？
