I went to infopass today and the officer told me that the security check for both both my hu*****and and me (NIW PD 09/2005) are fine. Dose this mean the namee check is cleared? I asked the officer about the name check and she said she wouldn't go to the details. she also mentioned that the case (I-485) was set back because of available visa numbers. and she said the case is waiting for TSC to process (since the visa number is available now). Dose this mean everything is fine with our I-485(including name check) and we should just wait for the TSC to process the case? Thanks you very much for your input.
