My company only wants to file 485 for me. They don't want to file EADs for me and my wife because I still have two years of h1 left.
So I have four questions.
Can I file EAD for my wife and me by myself?
Do I need any legal documents from my company? I have the approved copy of I-140 on my hand.
Do I have to file EAD with 485 at the same time?
If I file EAD later after 485 is filed, will the EAD approval suffers delay?
