My friend asked the Senator to help expedite his case of 485. He was told by a letter from Senator that his staff contacted USCIS and his name check is not clear yet.
At such situation, is it proper to ask the Senator again to check the FBI about the status of NC. Any advice or sample letter is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
