Help. Apply I-485 after laid off sanangel2007-06-11 21:29:10

I was laid off when my I-140 was approved & I-485 was pending and I found another job. My priority date is up now. Can I still apply I-485 with old I-140? My old company told me that won't cancel my I-140. Please help me. Thanks.

Why do you need file another 485 with one 485 is pending?
