I applied green card for My daughter (10 years old) and she just passed the immigration interview in Guangzhou last month. I expect that my daughter is coming here in July. My question is: Can my daughter go back to China in August? If my daughter stays in the US for only one month, is there any problem for her to keep her GC status? I will apply the advance parole right after she gets here in July.
