Just got an email saying card production ordered. I am very happy and want to share the information here to encourage everybody who is still waiting here to be patient and positive. 10/05/06 checked online, it showed LC certified
10/10/06 Attorney received the mail
11/08/06 I-140, I-485 received by CIS
12/11/06 I-140 RFE requesting educational credentials evaluation
01/05/07 I-140 RFE response sent
01/11/07 I-140 RFE response received
01/25/07 2nd I-140 RFE requesting educational credentials evaluation again (the previous one was misplaced by USCIS or my attorney did not enclose it in his response mail)
01/30/07 Response to 2nd RFE sent
02/05/07 2nd I-140 response to RFE received
02/12/07 I-140 approved (got notice on 02/20/07 from Mark),though there has never been update since 02/05/07
