I became a Canadian Landed Immigrant in 1997, but came to USA in 1998. Start working in USA from 2001 till now. So I think I already lost the Canadian greencard.

I am now filling the I-485 application in US. My lawyer asks me to fill in some questionnaires and there is an item asking if I am a Canadian Landed Immigrant .

1. Shall I answer yes or no for my case?
2. What is the reason for asking Canadian Landed Immigrant when apply for American Greencard?
