出生公证急问 mx704 文学城

我5年前从学校毕业，出国时也没办理户口迁回父母所在地手续。连户口本都找不到，学校和学校派出所说也找不到了。现在在父母所在地派出所，父母单位开了证明，在当地公证处拿到了出生证明。我的问题。

(1) 将来背景调查，如果在大学所在地(公安局)找不到我的个人户口，岂不是有造假嫌疑？我的档案还在学校人才交流中心，不过档案里没有户口信息。

(2) 我现在还需要到学校所在城市，开份户口丢失注销证明吗？听说将来面试还要出示户口本原件或复印件？
