EB2 employment based, ted 485/140/AP/EAD in Sept 2005, my lawyer said there should be no priority date issue since my hu*****and is from Malaysia. 140 approved in Jan 2006, and my company relocated me from Louisiana to Texas in Sept. 2006 (8 months after 140 approved). Changed address online Oct 2006. Had one finger print in New Orleans in April 2006. Hu*****and and I used AP several times. Up to now USCIS case status online still showing "Receive Notice sent out Sept 2005, still pending" haven't got any updates for almost 2 years. Very frastrusted because lots of friends ted 485 in 2006/2007 got GC. My job is HR and our names are not common. I asked my lawyer and he said there's nothing we can do but wait. Have been stuck in the same job position for several years and can't wait to change my job. Only concern is that we did our finger prints in a USCIS temporary facility in New Orleans (after Katrina), is there possibility that USCIS/FBI never got the finger prints? We were able to renew our AP and hubby's EAD several times.
What should I do? How do I know NC is cleared?_:'( _:'(
