转身份 b1--- H4? cachairman 文学城

我是加拿大绿卡，B1刚入境美国，因老婆怀孕，商量我不离开美国了以便照顾。不知：

1. 我可否由B1在境内转身份H-4？
2. 如上申请需多久，有多大的risk？
3. 是否回加拿大签H-4更安全？（但主观上不想离开）
