I have two 140 approved. NIW and Perm. NIW 485 was concurrently filed on 09/05. Since I changed my job from reseach in a univeristy to teaching in a community college, I am worried about the NIW rfe of the employment letter that may be forthcoming? If it does come, my NIW 485 may be denied, consequently, my wife could lose her job (very good job) based on the NIW EAD.My NIW 485 has been pending for almost two years. I just did my second FP code 3.

My questions are:
1. Shall I Perm based 485 now or wait for NIW RFE?
2. If I PERM based 485, any downside of this? Some people say 2 485s may confuse USCIS.
3. Since I have an A# on my Perm 140, which is different to the A# I was assigned for NIW, which A# I should put on my Perm based 485 if I want to file?
