my status is my ld got a job from MAY using his opt and his H-1B has been approved . so anybody think he can file I -140 and 485 now?
what I am worrying is if his I-140 cann't be approved then what status he should be, will he lose his legal status in the US?
actually, our lawyer has a perm position open ( other people didn't use it) , so we don't have to post our ads. should we take this position?
