Do I need to file I134 or I864 form? happywaiting2007-06-25 02:02:14

I am holding H-1 and my hu*****and holding H-4 now, his H-1B application has been approved and will effect from 10/01. I am preparing 485 now, my question is do I need to file I-134 or I-864 form for him? thanks in advance for any suggestion :).
