白兔大侠等，实在等得心焦，又和议员秘书纠缠了一统，秘书电话联系Service Center转告知，我的案子"has been sent to the final review IO,but he doesn't know when the final IO will make the decision".难道还要review my case again by the final IO？这个final IO做些啥呢？我都等卡等昏了。I am still not sure whether my case has been reviewed or not, because I haven't gotten any RFE or updates.
PS. NC and 2nd FP were done more than 5 months.
