上周四和 LP的一起收到 绿卡，为时四年的辛酸苦辣 终于告捷。很高兴，但已经没那么激动了。 2004/6第一次NIW 2005/6 REF三月后被据，appeal，第二次2005/9 NIW，2006/1withdraw appeal, 2006年2月I-140 approved。2007/6/13 I-485approved. 不知有多少人NIW被据再办成功的， 相信绝大部分都是一次成功， 不 象 我 运 气差。 等有空会写我的经历和大家分享 how good attorney make a huge difference. 谢谢这个坛子一些热心的人，象 xiaobaitu懂的真是不少，而且分析很精辟，有水平，不比有些律 师差。
