This is good news for F1 students who will apply NIW.
I (F1 holder) will graduate soon and got OPT last week. My I140 already got approved last July and I485 is pending at present time. It was said that students cannot get OPT if he/she submitted immigration petition. However, the result from my case indicates that student can still get OPT. BTW, the whole process time for OPT is only 62 days instead of 150-180 days.
