I have some questions need to ask you guys. let me briefly introduce my situation. I came here as F-1 student 5 years ago, and my Dad file I-730(asylum petition) serveral years ago, his case was approved in 2004. My I-730 just got approved 2 weeks ago. I graduated last year and have my one year OPT now, but the OPT will expire in September this year. My question is, I know that I should file I-765 now, but do I have to pay that $180 fee, is it still considered my initial EAD? My second question is if I want to go back to school for further education, how should I do? I will file my I-485 next year, if it doesn't get approved, can I still go back to school as F-1 student, and what should I do under this circumstance?
