We didn't have children when he passed away. I am pricipal applicant now. Questions:
1. I filled out this in the item about former hu*****and of form G-325A. Do I need to get some notarized doc for the marriage and his death for I-485? (I feel it's not needed but not sure.)
2. Is it too early if I my I-485 application on June 30 (make sure it reaches on next Monday (July 2))?
3. My (and my current hu*****and's) kids are yonger than 10 yrs. Do I need to file G-325A for them? Some one in this forum said yes but most doc said no. What do you think?
