Effective July 30, 2007, the fee for this application will change. All applications postmarked on or after July 30 must be accompanied by the new fee amount."
那么就是说,要想不多交钱,最晚是7/28 (礼拜六)寄出.

因为之前看旧贴有人说是要"7月30日收到",所以看到这个,赶紧上来告诉一声.
