My wife and I all got approved 140. If we file two 485s, just wondering how USCIS handles these? If USCIS approve one of them, do we have to withdraw another? Is there any side-effect to our application?
The reason we want to file two 485s, since we do not know how long this application will take, and we may change jobs in the near future. Two 485 applications may save our visa status.
Maybe we do not need worry about this. Ask experts!
