曾经因为violation 吃过NYC MTA Transit Adjudication Bureau 的ticket and be fined, but no finger print. I paid and this civil violation ( depostion letter stated this civil TAB Notices of Violation blah blah blah) is resolved. Should I say "yes" in form 485 Part3， item 1，b "have you been ever been arrested, cited, ...."? 多谢了！！！
