曾经因为地铁逃票吃过NYC MTA Transit Adjudication Bureau 的ticket and be fined, but no finger print. I paid and this civil violation ( depostion letter stated this civil TAB Notices of Violation blah blah blah) is resolved. My lawyer said I should I say "yes" for question "have you been ever been arrested, cited, ...." in form 485 part3,item 1,b。 Is he right？ 多谢了！！！
