How to file I-485 when I-140 was pending with two different categories (EB-1 and NIW)? I filed I-140 half year ago via EB-1 and NIW. I want to file 485 now, but I donot know how to enclose the I-140 notice copies since I have two. Is it OK that in one 485 case attached two I-140 case number? Or I can just leave it open, donot enclose any 140 notice until it was proved, then send it later. Also, if I can file 485 now without medical examination (I will do it after get the 140 approval notice). Thank you very much if you can give me some ideas or suggestion.
