Could someone be kind enough to answer my question:
I am going to start as a "Research Associate" in a university (biomedical research). I don't think I qualify for NIW or OR and I am just wondering whether it is possible to go through RIR. Did someone do it before. How to deal with the issue of permanent job offer? prevailing wage? Many many thanks.
