Texas or Nebraska for I-485? begreener2007-07-07 04:34:48

My atterney sent my I-485 to Texas instead of Nebraska. He said because my I-140 was processed in Texas, it is permissible to send my I-484 petition there also. Is anybody here able to confirm this? Thanks a lot!
