Does anybody kindly provide the information for how to renew I-765 and I-131 cards?

My lawyer asked me to pay new law fee for helping renew the cards, but I paid the law fee last year for applying for I-485 (including these cards). I-485 is till pending now. Therefore, I think the renewal of these cards should still be your duty. Is it wrong or right? Many thanks!
