什么是"I-140 filed concurrently with Form I-485"? 有两个可能:
1.I-140 filed with Form I-485 同时递到USCIS;
2.收到I-140 收据后,再把I-485 和收据(I-140)复印件递到USCIS;
本人按第一种方式递上,可是I-140被 USINS 接收,而I-485连同支票被退回本人. 并NOTE:"Your I-485 is being returned to you because it must be accompanied by an approval notice for petitions I-140/I-360/I-536. All other adjustment applications must be filed at the local district office".
这是所谓的I-485 being denied 吗? 非常感谢!
