A special annoucement tomorrow (not any change of law which requirs senate and congress approval, such as file 485 right after 140, recapture of lost visa numbers from previous years, get interim benefits by 140 instead of 485)
1.all 485 received in july will be accepted and data will be entered
2. applicant will get receipt when PD is current as per future VB.
by this annoucement, all july filers will save all the postage, medical exam fee, and keep the current application fee.
