another 485 approval whose pd was NOT current under JuneVB:

EB2/ India
PD PERM 5/21/05
I 485 RD to TSC : 9/9/05
Transfer to TSC on 3/15/07
second FP in May 07
No LUD after 3/27/07 just have LUD 7/13/07 of card ordered.


Please note India's PD cutoff date on June VB was 01APR04
He confirmed he doesn't have PD Chargeability and VB is only current on the original July VB.

So it's either a mistake by TSC due to India Chargeability was ignored or on July 1, CIS needed the original July VB to exhaust the 60k visa numbers.
