Everyone with "C" on July 1 has chance to get approved MPOS2007-07-15 14:51:32

before VB for Aug ,2007 comes out,based the VB for june, july and its update as well as the cases reported( let us thank who shares their info with us), i would like to predict that everyone has the hope or chance to get his/her case approved if
nullthe PD was current and his/her NC cleared on July 1st.
Now everyone seems to be put into "the Diversity Visa Lottery Program"which is totally by luck.
the bad side of "by luck" is we do not know the future based on ourselves.

somebody will say GC is not everything in your life, i cannot agree more. but i will say the GC is sort of like money, money is not everything in your life but you will be very hard if you donot have it.for example, some one needs GC for the kids to go to college,someone needs gc for s/he to apply grants... a lot of us may still remember Tony_Blair (ID here) who had EB1b approved and PD was 2002, NC could not get cleared till he went back to China months ago.

I would like you to pay more attention to NC,because it is no limitation,you and me even CIS could not do anything for the cases. Tony's case is very typical. "unpredictable" for your 485 due to time-unrestricted
NC is what to upset us most.most of eb based applicants are pretty simple, and we may just need to know as early as possible, so we can make decision for our next step.we do not ask too much.

ok my point is we have to ask the g o v to put a time limitation on NC ,not only good for us but also for this country
