LG holds H1B and ready to submit I-485. I have TN right now. We planned to join the lawsuit, but the lawyer does not recommend we do so, because he said that will affect my working status. If we send I-485 to 移民局, I will NOT allow working any more, because TN holder should not have any intention to live or work in the US permanently.
Can you please help me understand what kind of impact on me if we submit I-485 in the future? Does that mean I can not work any more after the submition? What I should do then? Millions of thanks!!!
