Here is the situation:
Filed I-485 thru spouse work, when I'm F1-OPT.
I-485 and AP/EAD all pending. Got H1B approval which is effective this October.
Question:
1. Do I have option to choose whether to use H1B or EAD when EAD is approved?
2. What are the pros and cons of H1B and EAD?
3. If I use AP to travel abroad, can I still use H1B to work, or I become parolee automatically?
