According what you highlighted, I believe I need to pay the $750 (1500) addtional fee.
My renew is 1st extension without change with the same employer. So I do NOT need to pay the $500 Fraud Protection fee,right?
Sorry to bother you again. I just want to make it sure. Thanks again for help.

Continue to next page, second dot (upper portion of left column) will tell you that "This petition is the second or subsequent request for an extension of stay filed by the employer regardless of when the first extension of stay was filed or whether the $1,500.00 or $750.00 filing fee was paid on the initial petition or the first extension of stay;"
Page 4 of 19, lower portion of right column before "H-1B and H-1B1 Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption". Please read "On or after March8, 2005, a U.S. employer seeking initial approval of H-1B or L nonimmigrant status for a beneficiary, or seeking approval to employ an H-1B or L nonimmigrant currently working for another U.S. employer, must this additional $500.00fee."
