Pjiang Laoshi, pls help with EAD and A/P renewal fee xyz77882010-09-13 01:27:17

Hi Pjiang Laoshi,

I filed 485 before July 31, 2007 using the old fee, that is, not package fee.

I applied A/P and paid $305, got approved, now has expired.
I applied EAD and paid $340, got approved, now has expired.

If I renew my A/P and EAD in the future, do I have to pay the $305 and $340 again?　

By reading your blog at left side,Ｉcannot figure out.

It appears that I do not pay the fees for the renewal. Or else it is unfair if I　renew every year and pay many times of fees, which will be a lot more than the package fee since I am a EB3.

The instructions of the forms are not clear in this matter.
